CAB Series – Blower Regenerated Dryers

CAB Series (1,200-13,000 scfm) dryers are the first choice in critical large-flow applications that demand quality, energy efficiency and superior service support.

Standard designs are offered for flows ranging from 1,200 to 13,000 scfm, pressures from 60 to 150 psig, and pressure dew points of -40°F to -100°F. Other sizes and pressures are available upon request. Energy efficient multi-stage centrifugal blowers eliminate process purge air and meet industry’s increasingly stringent noise requirements. Superior energy savings and long component life results due to the AMLOC® Energy Management System that is standard on every unit we build. CAB Series dryers serve instrument, fluid power and process air applications in continuous or intermittent service.

NRG-LES Series – Heat of Compression Desiccant Air Dryers

Pneumatic Products Compressed Air Dryers NRG-LES Series  provide a cost effective solution to remove moisture from compressed air. The sustainable energy saving design reduces operating costs and delivers instrument quality air.

Thermal energy generated during the air compression process is effectively utilized to regenerate the off-line desiccant bed. Ideally suited for oil-free air compressors, NRG-LES Series dryers turn “waste heat” into energy savings.

Advantages:

  • Delivers ISO 8573.1: 2010 Air Quality Class 2 to 4 pressure dew point (-40ºF to +37ºF), dependent on air compressor discharge temperature
  • Minimal power required, providing low cost of operation and rapid return on investment
  • Desiccant in the off-line tower is regenerated without the use of purge air, requiring no increase in air compressor capacity
  • Low outlet pressure dew points achieved without the use of blowers or booster heaters
  • Fully packaged, skid mounted design, provides ease of installation

Pneumatic-Products-DEA-Series-220x300

DEA Series – Internally Heated Dryers

DEA Series Internally Heated Dryers (100-4,900 scfm) DEA Series incorporates our down-flow drying process and state-of-the-art design features unequaled in industry. Using approximately 2% process gas for purge, the DEA is the most energy efficient dryer on the market.

The key to the DEA’s energy efficiency is the unique arrangement of evenly spaced heaters within the desiccant bed that ensure complete, even heating. Designed for continuous or intermittent service, the DEA is also utilized in specialty gas drying such as carbon dioxide in breweries, nitrogen for chemical padding, and hydrogen drying.

  • Energy costs are typically 80% less than heatless units and 70% to 80% less than other internal heat reactivated dryers.
  • Legendary Select Series or Century Series control valves feature stainless steel internal parts designed specifically for desiccant dryer service and tested to 500,000 cycles, bubble-tight.
  • AMLOC® in-bed capacitance probes for desiccant charge moisture load sampling.
  • Low purge requirements make the DEA the ideal dryer for installations where compressed air/gas is not expendable for regeneration.
