BETE One-Piece Construction Fan Spray Nozzles for Coating and Lubricating

In fan nozzles, the liquid is forced through a relatively small, elliptical orifice to provide a thin, flat sheet of spray which covers a narrow area. They are particularly effective in applications such as washing or descaling where the nozzles are fixed and the item to be sprayed passes by. The BETE NF spray nozzle is a standard fan nozzle featuring high impact fan or straight-jet spray. It is constructed from one piece with no internals to clog.

BETE NF Flat Fan Nozzles Design Features

  • One-piece construction
  • No internal parts
  • Sizes for all applications
  • Male connection

Spray Characteristics of BETE NF Flat Fan and Standard Fan Nozzles

  • High impact
  • Uniform distribution with tapered edges for overlapping sprays
  • Extra-wide angles available
  • Spray pattern: Fan and Straight Jet
Available Spray Patterns Flow Rate Range
0 - 120° 0.0353 to 796 gpm
Available Connection Types Materials
  • Pipe: 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1 1/4, 1 1/2, 2
  • Connection Methods: Thread (NPT, BSP, Male)
PVC, Brass, 303, 316, PTFE

How Spray Pattern is Achieved

  • A thin flat sheet of liquid is produced when the fluid exits the orifice, and the spray begins to widen and gradually moves outward from the nozzle
