Together with the product, we always deliver detailed instructions in printed form, on CD-ROM and on DVD.
Consultations with technicians, by phone or directly in the paper mill, are an integral part of our servicing and advisory services.
The quality of splicing is largely dependent on the quality of the used tools. For this reason, we offer a special splicing kit that includes a needle, scissors, a printed instruction manual, and a CD-ROM or video-cassette with detailed splicing instructions.
