The John Brooks Company Diversity & Inclusion Committee was formed in 2019 and is 100% employee-led.
The mission of the Diversity & Inclusion committee is to promote a collaborative and respectful working environment, and value the diversity of our employees and customers alike. We choose to celebrate the collective sum of our individual differences and life experiences, which ultimately makes us stronger.
The employees who choose to serve on the committee act as our “ambassadors” and assist in integrating initiatives, sharing information, and ensuring accountability on diversity & inclusion.
