A poultry processing facility was experiencing insufficient hot water supply during peak operations. Their existing system couldn’t meet the demands of high-volume bird processing and sanitation washdowns, causing production bottlenecks and creating sanitation risks.
Solution
John Brooks, in partnership with sister company MDA, designed and installed a fully engineered water booster system using a Summit 2196 4x6x13 configuration. The turnkey solution provided:
