We are hiring a transformative HR leader who will help guide us through a People & Culture evolution. John Brooks has already built a vibrant and inclusive environment with an 81 year track record of taking care of our people. We are a committed group of Habs, Leafs, and Oiler fans working in harmony, with an average tenure of 11+ years. We need to find a strong value creator who loves working with people and people love to work with. Our objective is to be certified as a “Great Place to Work” by 2022. Do you have what it takes to help get us there?
We have had 3 years in a row of record growth, and we need someone to help us grow our HR programs along with our sales. We need someone who will help coach our leaders of today, while concurrently identifying and developing our leaders of tomorrow. We need more like-minded people, so the successful candidate must possess an insatiable hunger for recruiting exceptional talent.
Our business has a strong family atmosphere, with a strategic eye focused on the future. We are a 100% private, Canadian, family owned business who needs a HR leader who has the capacity to care for our people as much as we do. We need someone who can integrate new employees adopted through acquisition into our work family.
This is an ambitious role that requires a perpetual status quo challenger, mixed with a consensus builder. Paper pushers need not apply.
